King David High School student, Deena Baker, has been awarded a Bar-Ilan Award at last month’s end of year presentation ceremony.

Deena received the award for her dedication and hard work with the Chabad Teen Network. The School’s Head of Religious Studies, Rabbi Benjy Rickman, selected Deena for the award and commented:

There were many incredible students who were worthy of receiving the treasured and cherished Bar Ilan prize. However the feedback concerning Deena was so positive  that she emerged as a clear winner. Her enthusiasm and dedication to CTEENS is remarkable and the organisation is blessed to have her.

Mazel tov Deena!
