This month Bar-Ilan had the honour of welcoming Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis to the university.
The Chief Rabbi is a member of Bar-Ilan’s Council of Founders and spent time meeting with Bar-Ilan President, Prof. Arie Zaban, and BFBIU Chair, Romie Tager KC.
The Chief Rabbi also heard from Dr Tova Ganzel, Head of Bar-Ilan’s School of Basic Jewish Studies, and Prof. Ruth Halperin-Kaddari, Director of Bar-Ilan’s Rackman Centre, who spoke about her current work on the Dinah Project.
